About the project
We designed and engineered a full-scale car bidding platform that brings the excitement of live auctions online. Dealers can list verified vehicles, buyers can place bids in real time, and administrators maintain complete oversight through a powerful moderation panel. The experience is optimised for UK and international users on desktop and mobile.

The challenge
The client needed a marketplace that could handle high-traffic bidding windows, prevent fraudulent listings, and keep buyers confident about vehicle history. Legacy spreadsheet workflows were slow, and there was no single place for inspections, payments, and watchlists.
Our solution
We delivered a modular Laravel API with a React / Next.js front end, integrated Stripe for secure checkout, and Firebase for push notifications when bids are outbid or auctions are ending. VIN verification, comparison tools, and downloadable inspection reports give buyers clarity before they commit.
