About the project
We designed and developed a doctor services platform that helps patients find specialists, book appointments, and attend secure video consultations from home. Doctor profiles, a patient dashboard, and downloadable medical reports keep care organised, whilst clinicians manage schedules and prescriptions in one system.

The challenge
The practice needed to replace phone-only booking and paper-heavy workflows. They required online scheduling, compliant telemedicine, digital prescriptions, patient-accessible reports, and an admin panel to oversee doctors, appointments, and platform health, all presented with a calm, trustworthy medical brand.
Our solution
WordPress supports public content, doctor discovery, and SEO-friendly health information. Laravel powers booking, dashboards, prescription workflows, and report delivery. Zoom API enables telemedicine sessions with role-based access and GDPR-aligned data handling. Administrators configure clinics, users, and permissions from a dedicated panel.
