About the project
We designed and developed a multi-vendor marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers across web and native mobile apps. Vendors onboard through structured registration, manage catalogues and stock, and track orders whilst the platform handles payments, commissions, and payouts through integrated wallet flows.

The challenge
The client needed more than a single-store shop, they required many sellers under one brand, fair commission rules, reliable inventory sync, and transparent order tracking for customers. Marketing teams wanted coupons and reviews to drive conversion, whilst operations needed shipping integrations and clear admin oversight.
Our solution
Laravel powers the API, vendor dashboards, commission engine, wallet ledger, and shipping connectors. React delivers a fast storefront and vendor admin experience in the browser. Flutter apps give buyers and sellers on-the-go access to orders, products, and notifications. Role-based access separates platform admin, vendor, and customer journeys with audit-friendly transaction records.

Results
Vendors launch shops quickly, manage products and inventory, and receive payouts through the wallet system. Customers browse, apply coupons, leave reviews, and track deliveries end to end. Administrators configure commissions, monitor marketplace health, and scale without rebuilding core commerce logic.
