From map-based discovery to side-by-side comparison and saved favourites, the experience supports serious home search without leaving the site.

The challenge
The agency needed accurate, up-to-date listings instead of manually pasted properties. Buyers expected powerful filters, trustworthy agent profiles, mortgage estimates, map search, and tools to compare and save homes, all fed from MLS data and presented in a brand that competes with major portals.
Our solution
MLS IDX integration syncs listings, photos, and key details automatically. Laravel and WordPress-style content layers handle search, filters, and agent pages. Google Maps API powers location search and property pins. A built-in mortgage calculator, comparison workspace, and saved listings keep buyers engaged through long purchase journeys.
