The challenge
The practice needed to move beyond phone bookings and scattered tools. They required online scheduling, confidential messaging, compliant data handling, and reliable video sessions, all presented in a brand that feels professional, warm, and safe for people seeking support.
Our solution
We combined WordPress for content and SEO-friendly resource pages with Laravel for secure booking, dashboards, and messaging workflows. Zoom API powers video consultations, whilst Stripe handles payments. The architecture follows HIPAA/GDPR-friendly patterns with role-based access, audit-friendly data structures, and encrypted communication channels.
